1. Eligibility for Refunds/ Return
We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

The product arrived damaged during transit.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim a refund or replacement for a wrong or damaged item, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video.

The video must start before opening the courier package.

The damage or wrong item must be clearly visible in the video.

Without a complete unboxing video, no refund or replacement will be processed.
3. Payment Verification & Dispatch

If we have any questions or queries regarding your payment, we will contact you via phone.

If you do not respond to our call, we will dispatch the order exactly as per the details you provided.

No refunds will be given for orders dispatched under these circumstances.
4. Cancellation & Change of Mind

Once an order is paid and confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
