Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom orders may take additional time for personalization. You will receive an email confirmation with an estimated shipping date once your custom order has been processed.

Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping and free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the size of the order.

Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.
Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery available on orders placed before 2 PM local time.

We currently ship to India.

International Shipping: Orders shipping outside the india. may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your package.
You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or contact us immediately.

Zio Gifts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the item has been marked as delivered, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Address Accuracy

Returns and Exchanges
Custom orders are generally non-refundable unless damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for assistance.

Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (such as the holidays), shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.
