💡 Production Tip: For the best results, remember to peel off any clear protective plastic film from the white surface before placing it under the heat press.

1. Design & Print: Print your artwork in reverse (mirror image) onto sublimation paper.

2. Heat Press: Place the transfer paper face-down on the white side of the MDF blank. Secure with heat tape.

3. Pressing Parameters: Press at approximately 180°C to 190°C for 50 to 60 seconds under medium pressure (Note: Settings may vary slightly based on your specific machine).

4. Final Assembly: Allow the MDF to cool completely, remove the paper, and loop the provided steel ring through the pre-drilled hole. Your custom keychain is ready for retail!
