💡 Production Tip: For the best results, remember to peel off the clear protective plastic film from both white surfaces before placing the blank under your heat press.

1. Design & Print: Print your two separate artworks in reverse (mirror image) onto sublimation paper.

2. Alignment & Heat Tape: Secure the sublimation paper to both sides of the MDF blank using heat-resistant tape. You can press both sides simultaneously if your heat press has even heat distribution, or press them one side at a time.

3. Pressing Parameters: Press at approximately 180°C to 190°C for 50 to 60 seconds per side under medium pressure (Note: Settings may vary slightly based on your specific machinery).

4. Final Assembly: Allow the MDF to cool completely on a flat surface (to prevent minor warping while hot), remove the paper, and loop the provided steel ring through the pre-drilled hole. Your double-sided custom keychain is ready for retail!
